Description
You don’t need to be an experienced rider to enjoy horseback riding; our horses are well trained and friendly. You’ll have the chance to see the jungle from a different angle. We offer half-day or full-day tours, the guide take you along the beach & up the mountains through rivers or to a waterfall where you can go for a refreshing swim. You’ll see lots of animals, especially birds and explore hidden trails throughout the rainforest.
To the Waterfall: $50 pp
Departure from the hotel where you stay at 8am. Its approximate duration is 3 hours the route is in both primary and secondary rainforest. When arriving at the waterfall of los planes the rider will be able to enjoy a refreshing plunge in the cool rapids.
To San Josecito: $ 75 pp
Departure from the hotel where you stay at 7am by quad to Los Planes Town, from there we will ride the horses to San Josecito Beach. The route like the others is the same, passing through primary and secondary forest, coming down along the river until arriving at San Josecito Beach. The duration is approximately 5 hours round trip and includes transportation, refreshments and a boat ride from San Josecito beach to Agujitas.
What to wear:
Long Pants, close toed shoes, T-shit or long sleeve shirt & bathing suit.
What to bring:
Sun block, hat, own bottle of water and dry bag (depending on the season)
